During this year of the Nurse, All nurses should be proud of what they do every day. Nothing could prepare us for this pandemic and the challenges we are facing. It is not always easy or recognized the sacrifices we make at work for our patients and peers. We care for the most vulnerable patients at the most critical of times. This is our calling and purpose. We love what we do and We are all in this together! Stay strong!

Over the past several weeks, the Nursing Managers in Critical Care and the Med Surg areas have gone well above and beyond for their staff by keeping them educated on daily Covid updates while keeping patient care their number one priority.
We have watched from a distance these leaders really shine through for their Staff. Keeping them motivated, up to date, and mostly, make their team feel like they are a family and they matter during this time of COVID. From working on the floor themselves, or being available to staff 24/7, they are truly a blessing and inspiration to this organization.
