 Sara Fecht is an HR Generalist specializing in nursing, allied, and support staff recruitment. She currently assists in staffing a 93 bed acute care facility with 850+ employees. She received her Business Management degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and began working with nursing leaders upon graduation. In addition to day-to-day hospital tasks and selection, Sara spends time on the road talking with nurses and allied health students to promote and educate on healthcare opportunities.
